This requirement will have a commanding knowledge of Oracle General Ledger, SLA, Federal Administrator, Payables and Receivables Processing, Interagency Transaction Processes, and Projects Management, as well as experience with Federal policy specific to B2R functions as:* Enter and Distribute a Budget* Manage Continuing Resolution Authority* Reprogram and Rescind Funds* Maintain the General Ledger* Create and Post Journal Entries* Prior Period Adjustments* Reports* Close the GL Accounts at Month and Year End* Document accounting treatment of transactions and configure them in SLAExperience and knowledge of related business disciplines such as, but not limited to: Federal Payables and Receivables processing, Budget Formulation, and General and Working Capital Funds. To further enhance and complete the Federal client model and must also demonstrate experience with:* Developing functional designs for interfaces related to budget and reporting* Using Auto-Accounting and sub-ledger processing* Mapping GL (proprietary and budgetary) conversion requirements and data* Designing and implementing Federal reportsResponsibilitiesDemonstrated prior experience implementing Oracle EBS Budget to Report functionality, including in-depth understanding and knowledge of Oracle Federal Administrator, Payables and Receivables Processing, Interagency Transaction Processes, and Projects ManagementKnowledge and experience of the Federal Budgeting Processes and RegulationsPrior experience with period (month, quarter, FY) closing processes.Prior experience developing interface functional designs.Prior experience designing and executing end-to-end integration testing.Prior experience with GL conversion requirements and mapping.Prior experience designing and implementing Federal Reports in an Oracle EBS environment.Excellent oral and written communication skillsSupport the configuration, design, and development of B2R Global Model functionality.Support deployment of B2R functionality to new Agencies Provide support to the project lifecycle phases.Qualifications
Superior oral and written communication and presentation skillsExcellent customer relationship management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Must be US Public Trust clearable.Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experienceAdditional Information
