To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalentAdditional experience will be considered in lieu of a degreeHigher level degree will be considered in lieu of years of experienceRequired Qualifications:
TS/SCI with PolyProficiency in Linux/Unix environmentsStrong background in object-oriented programming languagesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExceptional problem-solving abilities in ambiguous scenariosSelf-starter with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologiesDesired Qualifications:
Experience in data ingestion, ETL processes, and data modelingExperience with ETL Tools such as Apache Nifi, Informatica, DataBricks, etc.Experience with multiple data formats such as JSON, XML, Binary, etcExperience with programming languages such as Ruby, Java, or PythonFamiliarity with Restful web services and API integrationKnowledge of code development, deployment practices, and version controlExposure to cloud architectures (e.g., AWS EC2, RDS, and/or S3)Proficiency in XML data formats and processing techniques (XSLT, XPath)Previous experience leading software development teams is a plus
