The Systems Integrator will support the Sponsor's cloud solution organization by providing integration support of efforts to move toward a multiple-cloud organization and assisting leadership in understanding cost, schedule risks across the four (4) CSPs. The integrator will be responsible for assisting in capturing and tracking the needs for cross program knowledge management, integration and cross CSP dependency challenges.Engage across the CSPs to understand overall inter-dependencies to mission needs to achieve current and forward-thinking strategic goals/outlook of successful implementation of a multiple-cloud environmentCollaborate with Sponsor's all-encompassing Cloud organization in understanding Counterintelligence risks of CSP engagement with internal/external stakeholders, to include adversary countries, to understand contractual boundaries and overall risks to the C2EIndependently assess and identify if there are foreign intelligence elements (FIE) and/or international threats against or introducedLeverage domain knowledge to understand dependencies, challenges, and potential risks across our IC Partners who choose to leverage the C2E Program (4 CSPs)Engage with IC Partners on IC threats to ensure investigative gaps are identified and to provide analytical context to collection informationQualifications

Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with PolygraphA degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical disciplineBS 12-15, MS 10-13, PhD 8-10Ability to fully coordinate master project schedulesAbility to coordinate information flow occurs between all programs and organizational managersAbility to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystemProvides a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software componentsDesired:Ability to test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systemsIdentifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the systemAbility to work in a dynamic and challenging environmentAbility to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientist and top-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systemsEEO Statement
