Job Profile:The Integration and Automation teams at Bose are shared IT service functions which are depended on by nearly all of our IT stakeholders, and across nearly all of the major transformation programs we are pursuing.We are hiring a Program Manager to lead and facilitate the planning, execution, and long-term success of our Integration and Automation teams. The program manager will be a leader, working with the teams and stakeholders they are directly responsible for, while working across interdependent teams and programs of high complexity. They will also have to wear multiple hats to make sure that the integration and automation teams are executing on the right work and are positioned for effectiveness and success.The PM will be responsible for the work intake process and backlog prioritization for integration and automation. They will need to work across varied business stakeholders to understand business priorities and align the work of the team accordingly. The PM will lead program planning efforts where integration or automation are required and will be a key member representing these teams in the overall IT portfolio. They will ensure that planned value is attained through the work of the teams.The PM will also influence the teams ways of working and ensure that the teams are executing on agile events across day-to-day work and programs. They will work with Scrum Masters to refine backlogs, implement leading agile practices, create working agreements, and establishing definitions of done. The PM will support the team in escalating and managing risks, issues, and dependencies. They may drive or support change management and process improvement efforts within the team, as well as help to manage vendors and third parties.The program Manager will need to be adept at leading others, facilitating, and driving collaboration and alignment. This PM role leads coordination and management activities with business stakeholders and will have to work with multiple product owners. They will also have to drive alignment and manage dependencies across teams and programs. Finally, this role is responsible for reporting on progress, roadmaps, timelines, and key accomplishments.The ideal candidate in this role will have proven experience in program and portfolio management and will also have experience in a role as a Release Train Engineer. They will be highly proactive and detail oriented. They will possess the ability to work through unknowns, identify paths to success to ensure delivery, and be able to autonomously work on multiple assignments that span the IT organization. They must be capable of digging into the technical details and clearly communicating schedules, risks, status, and processes to a variety of business and technical audiences. They must be able to partner closely with project managers, product owners (PO), and technical leads to coordinate schedules and deliverables.Specific Responsibilities:Own the Integration and Automation work intake processes and backlog prioritizationDrive PI Planning and release planning processes for the integration and automation teamsRepresent IT across varied, complex business transformation programsMeet and sync regularly with POs across IT to understand their needs and requirementsRepresent Integration and Automation stakeholders to the IT portfolio, represent the IT portfolio to those stakeholders, and bridge the prioritization gapBring transparency to key value delivery metricsWork with Scrum Masters to influence and improve agile ways of working and ceremoniesWork with Scrum Masters to refine the product backlog and implement practices to improve quality and clarity of backlog itemsManage and report on progress on team roadmaps, timelines, and key accomplishmentsRequired Competencies:Ability to implement and manage IT Portfolio management practicesAbility to scope, plan and execute programs and deliver key outcomes with minimal outside assistance that span across Technology teams, stakeholder groups and third parties.Adapt at managing issues, risks, and dependencies across programs helping to remove barriers.Works effectively with business stakeholders, can understand business demands and priorities, ask questions, and translate into IT teamsWorks effectively with technical stakeholders, has experience with integration and automation technology and can use technical acumen to work with IT teams and translate to business stakeholders.Drive alignment across stakeholder groups to enable delivery success to ensure alignment for the organization and key stakeholders with product portfolio direction.Understands Scaled Agile Framework, and can work with teams to improve ways of working, methodologies, and deliverables.Adept at reporting and governance.Adapt at working with third party managed service providers and managing for both cost and performance.Deep understanding of the IT and application landscape, including interdependencies with business processes.Change agent who excels at change management, is organized, detailed, and able to grasp and apply new concepts quickly and relay/implement within the team.Exceptional listening, communication (written and spoken), data storytelling and presentation skills with an ability to gain buy-in, influence and build rapport with partners of diverse cultures and levels of expertiseExperience Requirements :7+ years of relevant work experience3+ years experience as a program manager, product owner, or RTE in a technical domain like integration or automation3+ years experience with agile management, ideally in a Scaled Agile Framework and with relevant tools.Experience and knowledge of integration work, specifically with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and enterprise middleware platforms, such as OpenText, SAP PI, or similar.Experience supporting IT portfolio management and prioritization processes to achieve alignment between technology and business teams.Experience supporting portfolio level reporting practices and alignment between financial tracking and value delivery.Experience communicating program status, risks, issues, and needs to senior leaders, and managing up.Experience managing alignment across programs, projects or product teams in an enterprise environment.Experience managing strategic relationships or acting as the primary point of contact for strategic partnerships.Proficient in project management execution in a modern software environment via multiple methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc).The following experiences would be a plus for the ideal candidate:Familiarity with the Salesforce Platform.Familiarity with third-party contract manufacturing and third-party distribution.Familiarity with B2B sales and distributor integration.Background in Business Process Analysis or Robotic Process Automation.Knowledge and certification with Scaled Agile Framework.PMP certificationEducation/Certification Requirements:Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.*** This role is hybrid, with
