The desired candidate should be hands-on with good communication skills. An ability to work with multiple users and cross-functional team.
Scope of activities is L3/L4 to run the business (doing minor enhancements, analyse issues which are not resolved by production support team and/or L2/Operations).
Prior experience of working on L3/L4 level maintenance work project is good.
