Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Citrix Engineer . This person should have strong knowledge / experience in Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop. This role will be maintaining a large enterprise environment, updating desktop images and supporting user requests. This person is going to be the first and second line Global Virtualization support tickets. They will be responsible for managing incoming incidents and requests reported by telephone, email, teams, and the service desk queue to ensure premier customer satisfaction and KPIs are being met, including lead time, quality, and SLAs. They will be publishing new applications into Citrix and coordinating user testing while maintaining images. They are going to be working on a team of 4.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of experience supporting Citrix
Experience with XenApp, XenDesktop, Netscaler and vSphere
Experience working with tickets
Experience with Maintenance and Health Monitoring Worked in a Manufacturing Background
Active Directory, Azure, networks and firewalls is also a plus
Service Now Experience
Experience working with C-Level Suite null
