About the Role
Neon is seeking a
Senior Software Engineer
who will help lead the development of one of our key work streams. As a design-minded engineer, you'll bring ideas to life on a blank canvas, turning concepts into functional, beautiful products. You'll be involved in the full stack of the technology, working hands-on to build and scale a core product that accelerates financial independence for game creators.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of software engineering experience.A full-stack background with a strong focus on
React ,
TypeScript , and
AWS .A passion for

and an eye for design, ensuring that every product feature you build is as functional as it is visually stunning.You are highly productive, able to take ownership of key initiatives and deliver results.You have experience leading teams or projects and enjoy helping others level up their skills.Located or willing to work in
