Responsibilities:Creating router configuration files.Report on-site at one of the switch facilities.Research existing router for current conditions at that cell site, figure out what we're migrating to. Are we move to an existing or new?Log online, plan for the daily schedule, prep for migrations, generate files, talk and coordinate with field engineersTroubleshoot issues along the way4+ Migrations a day targetHub Migrations - 20-30 cell sites migrating at the same time (pre-loading config files)Lot of Provisioning workPerforming bandwidth updates.

Qualifications:Switches and routers experience -

MUSTExperience with Nokia routers provisioning -

MUSTTelecom/ Military background -

MUST3 to 5 years of related experience -

MUSTExperience with router migrations (Nokia Series 7550 IXREs, and CIENA 6154s) -

MUSTExperience with MLS Routers (91As or 7750s) -

MUSTRouting knowledge of IP networks -

MUSTExperience with bandwidth upgrades and provisioning / administrative cleanups in the routersRouter Provisioning experience -

MUSTExperience with CIENA migration (CIENA B40 or 7750) and Hub migration -

MUSTWould like to see job title as Switch Engineer/ Network EngineerPrevious background with Transport technologies would be helpful.
