Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Cisco network switches, F5 load balancers, Aruba controllers and wireless access points, and have a solid grasp of network fundamentals including OSPF, IP addressing and subnetting, VLANs, spanning tree, and BGP.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Design & Implementation:
Design, configure, and deploy Cisco network switches and F5 load balancers, ensuring robust and scalable network solutions.Wireless Management:
Configure and manage Aruba controllers and wireless access points to ensure optimal wireless coverage and performance.Troubleshooting & Support:
Diagnose and resolve network issues related to Cisco switches, F5 load balancers, and Aruba wireless infrastructure.Network Optimization:
Monitor and optimize network performance, applying best practices to ensure high availability and reliability.Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate network documentation and generate reports on network performance and incidents.Collaborate with IT Teams:
Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with other infrastructure components.Adherence to Standards:
Implement network changes and upgrades in accordance with ITIL foundations and managed services principles.Service Management:
Utilize ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management processes.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Cisco network switches, F5 load balancers, Aruba controllers, and wireless access points.Technical Skills:
Proficient in OSPF, IP Addressing and Subnetting, VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol, and BGP.Strong understanding of network security practices and troubleshooting techniques.Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP or equivalent, and F5 or Aruba certifications are highly desirable.ITIL Knowledge:
Familiarity with ITIL foundations and best practices for IT service management.ServiceNow Experience:
Practical experience using ServiceNow for IT service management is a plus.Managed Services Understanding:
Knowledge of managed services concepts and practices is advantageous.Desired Attributes:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Team Player:

Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
