Summary:

Join our team as a Jira Administrator and play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Jira platform. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient use of Jira for project tracking, issue management, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer Jira Platform: Manage and maintain the Jira environment, including user management, permissions, and configurations.Customize Workflows: Design and implement custom workflows, screens, fields, and notifications to meet the needs of various teams.Support Users: Provide support and training to users, helping them to effectively utilize Jira for their project management needs.Integrate Tools: Integrate Jira with other tools and systems to streamline processes and improve data flow.Monitor Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the Jira platform to ensure reliability and efficiency.Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve issues related to the Jira platform, ensuring minimal disruption to users.Document Processes: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Jira configurations, workflows, and best practices.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience in administering Jira, including user management, permissions, and configurations.Strong understanding of Jira workflows, screens, fields, and notifications.Familiarity with integrating Jira with other tools and systems.Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator) are a plus.
