We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong commitment to our vision and values, who is ready to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.What will you do?Set up and adapt CBMS/ACT Meter Systems, including the following:Configuring regulated and contract chargesSetting up charge exclusionsDefining meter attributesManaging CalcVals, sub-buckets, and interval schedulesHandling currentcy and unit of measure settingsImplementing calculators and time-of-use/loss schedulesRespond to regulation or market changes by adapting meter systems accordinglySet up contracts within ACT for additional servicesFollow standard protocols for system build-outs or adaptationsTroubleshoot and resolve calculation errorsUse Service Desk ticketing system to track system adaptations and resolve issues reported by other teamsWhat skills and capabilities will make you successful?Strong initiative and collaborative skillsExcellent communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenHigh organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesWhat's in it for you?Competitive salary and bonus opportunities401(K) with company matchComprehensive health, life, dental, and vision insuranceShort- and long-term disability coverageTuition reimbursement programTraining and development opportunitiesWhat qualifications will make you successful for this role?Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredMinimum of 2 years' professional experience with a demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and analytical tasks requiredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, specific to calculations, and computer technologyAbility to read and understand energy tariffs and contracts is preferredLet us learn about you!
