job summary:A Manufacturing Material Handler for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Redmond, WA area. This position involves performing physical and administrative tasks related to receiving, storing, and distributing materials, maintaining inventory records, and adhering to safety and teamwork practices, with a focus on detail, communication, and learning new processes.

responsibilities:Perform physical and/or administrative tasks related to:
Receiving materials, parts, and supplies
Storing and distributing materials
Maintaining records of inventoryPreferred Education: High school diploma or GED
Qualifications & Experience:
Ability to meet work schedule and overtime requirements (including weekends)
Ability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English
Ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively in English
Adherence to safety practices, including housekeeping and ergonomics
Workplace organization and ability to follow training procedures
Willingness to cross-train and work in teams
Stamina to perform repetitive tasks
Attention to detail in work
Proactive in addressing safety and quality issues
Ability to learn new processes, systems, and equipmentTeamwork skills:
Ability to work in a diverse environment
Conflict resolution skills
Participation in team improvement initiatives
Motivation to grow and learn new skillsPreferred Qualifications & Experience: Experience in manufacturing
