PMG is looking for a Senior Staff Frontend engineer to help evolve our suite of marketing tools called Alli. Our frontend is a set of micro frontends built with ReactJS, Redux, and Redux Toolkit. We use Single SPA and SystemJS to orchestrate our micro frontends.
We are looking for an opinionated, independent thinker to help drive the overall technical direction of our frontend work. They will collaborate tightly with our UX and Products orgs as well as lead and mentor frontend engineers across teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor engineers across teams as they build a individual React micro frontendsOwn and drive the direction of an Alli UI component library, specifically working to meet the needs of user experience and engineersWork with the product teams to create industry transformative marketing productsCollaborate with UI/UX team to create beautiful, intuitive user interfacesLead code reviews and provide critical feedback to fellow frontend engineersLead technical discussions to produce highly optimized solutions that are easy to maintainSkills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience6+ years developing frontend applications3+ years experience mentoring, sponsoring, and coaching engineersExperience leading multiple projects through all stages including requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation, and supportExperience working in one or more modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, Redux or React RouterExperience working with RESTful APIsStrong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with international, cross-functional teamsStrong business aptitude and ability to quickly learn new problem domains and become conversant with subject matter expertPreferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a start-up environment where agility was necessary.Experience developing applications with Monitoring, Build Tools, Version Control, Unit Tests, TDDExtensive experience with ReactJS and ReduxExperience in automated end to end testing
