Position Overview:

The Business Analyst, Quality is a key role in the Operational Excellence drive at Stanley supply chain. You will use your strong technical skills to collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources and share insights across our Quality team. If you are excited about using data and technology to support amazing customer experiences, we want to hear from you! This role is a temporary position for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on the data flows between multiple systems across our Quality function.

Use data evaluation and presentation to assess current Warranty process, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and support enhancements to streamline operations.

Drive insights into actions by working with cross-functional partners (i.e., Customer Experience, Planning, Product Creation, Legal, Finance and IT teams).

Work with IT team to ensure the seamless integration of our warranty systems and to maximize the utilization of these technologies.

Assist in the evaluation, implementation, and integration of technology solutions to streamline information flow.

Act as the main point of contact for the Quality team to gather and assess any data requests related to Customer issues and/or Legal requests.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.

A proven history of collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to build dashboards, reports, and analyses.

Experience in project management and exposure to process optimization.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

3 years of experience in a Quality or Warranty role.

2 years of business intelligence experience; strong analytical skills and the ability to create dashboards, reports, and analyses by synthesizing data from multiple sources.

Proficient with data visualization and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

Familiarity with supply chain management platforms such as Oracle Cloud SCM and predictive data science tools such as Azure Data Bricks.

Knowledge of Warranty operations and exposure to process optimization. Comparable experience in manufacturing environments will also be considered.

Salary Range:$45.00/hr-$50.00/hr

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Stanley is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary.
