Outpatient Clinician - LICSW or LMHC

Independent Licensure Required

Come work for Riverside in our Behavioral Health Services division! In this vital role, the Outpatient Clinician will provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for child, adolescent and adults of the program.

In addition, the Clinician will:

develop service plans with consumer, including periodic reviews of treatment plan

may provide clinical supervision for licensed or non-licensed clinicians as assigned by the Program Director

take a leadership role within the Outpatient Center

conduct diagnostic evaluations as needed, including developing treatment plan and goals in collaboration with the consumer

Schedule: Full time 40 hours per week with a flexible hybrid model

Payrate: $63,000/salaried

Required Skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently

Enthusiasm to learn and integrate technology into the work environment, including providing therapy via video conferencing

Required Experience

Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling; PH.D.; Ed.D. or PsyD preferred

Must be licensed at the independent level of licensure for the discipline, specific to the clinician’s training and expertise.

Three years of experience specific to the clinician’s training and expertise

Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certified

Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
