Cornerstones of Care may provide supervision hours as required for licensure at no cost to the employee. We also offer annual CEU requirements through the company free of charge and an excellent benefits package.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Therapist I -II School Based Services reports to the Clinical Manager of Outpatient Services and will support Pre-K students, families, and district personnel in the Excelsior Springs School District to address personal, emotional, and social problems that interfere with kindergarten readiness. Additionally, the Therapist I -II- School Based Services will provide individual and group therapy to students in the preschool. This position will consult with, and provide professional development to, school staff to increase knowledge of trauma-informed interventions in the school setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires a Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or as a licensed professional counselor. Other minimum requirements: Professional licensure (e.g. LMSW, PLPC, LMFT). This position is full-time for twelve (12) months per year. Must pass a background check, and physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.

Bonus:

$1500 of the sign-on bonus will be paid on your first paycheck and the additional $1500 will be after 12 months of service.
