Working on enhancement work of the Operational Risk Platform (ORP) open source driven platform with Angular, Spring Boot, and Java. Will be aligned to Axis, which supports the FRC governance team. Will be working with a scrum team of 6-8. Will be responsible for independently delivering on story work within each sprint. Responsible for doing estimations, requirements breakdowns, and development work to deliver on the assigned stories. 2 week sprints.
Daily stand up and team meetings in the mornings. Product refinement sessions in the afternoon with associates in the mid-west.
Absolutely needs to be fully competent to work independently in delivering complex work.
Not expected to mentor junior members of the team, but should be capable of interacting with stakeholders.Inthis contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
