Compensation:The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.Requirements:
Must be fully licensedExperience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and familiesSolid computer and basic technology skillsSelf-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clientsAdvantages:

Interview the patient to obtain information concerning medical history or other pertinent information needed to complete behavioral assessmentsEvaluate the mental needs of clients based on a review of client informationDevelop and implements treatment plansMust conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and community-based client careAssist with support groups, as assigned, if necessaryInterfaces with schools, DHS/DCFS, and other needed community services

provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief, loss, and addiction recovery.
