North Point Technology is seeking an experienced TS/SCI Cleared Product Owner to provide mission critical support. As a Product Owner for one of the program's Release Trains, you will be working closely with developers, government product owners, scrum masters, and the user engagement team to ensure that stakeholders needs are properly prioritized and executed. You will be a key member of the leadership team, doing work that matters for some of the U.S. Government's most critical missions, and utilizing the latest technologies in Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and SecDevOps.
Responsibilities:
Assist Government Product Owner in prioritization of capabilities with feedback from multiple internal and external stakeholdersCommunicate team priorities from Government Product Owner to Agile teamCommunicate customer and user needs to the development teamWrite epic and user stories, along with acceptance criteriaCommunicate and coordinate with External StakeholdersAssist in the Development and Maintenance of Product RoadmapCore Qualifications:
An active and current Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance and polygraph preferredPrior experience with Agile Development and/or Scrum5+ years of experience working within AI/ML & software development teamsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExcellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring skillsAbility to work with and lead a teamAbility to adapt in a rapidly changing environmentUnderstanding of all stages of the Software Development Life CycleExperience with SAFe Agile MethodologiesAgile certificationTechnical background in Software Development, AI/MLInformation Assurance certification (like Security+)Experience with Cloud Computing and Hybrid On-Prem solutionsDomain experience in Imagery Analysis or Computer Vision
