Required Skills and Experience:Qualified professional with 4-7 years of experience working as Workday Developer (HCM & Financials)Experience with all phases of Workday Implementation such as Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing (Actual hands on integration experience)Designed and built both inbound and outbound integrations in various segments of the Workday system using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud ConnectorsXSLT 3.0 experienceExtensive custom studio development experienceHands-on creating Finance integrations using Workday Connectors like CCW, PICOF, PECI, ADP Connectors, Banking connectors, Finance connectors, and CCBsExperience developing various robust simple, advanced, and matrix custom reports in various HCM and Finance modulesGood HCM and FIN functional knowledgeGreat communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with Business representatives on requirements, end user validation and troubleshooting
