Phillip Jeffries is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Domestic team!

We are currently seeking resumes for a Sales Support Specialist. The ideal candidate must be self motivated and driven individual to support our various sales representative. This role will work a hybrid schedule and report to our NY Showroom Manager.

What you will be doing:

Salesperson/Customer Support:

Acting as a key team member and supporting the sales team in order the help achieve PJ sales goalsCoordinating with sales daily to gain alignment on how each day's work will be executedResearching any data needed for the sales team to successfully land new customers and new ordersHandling and responding to all client and sales team inquiries within the corporate standardsHandling customer product, service, order processing and order issues with the corporate standards, via phone, email, and chatMaintaining all IT systems with up to date information on status of customers, orders and activities.Lead to Order Conversion:

Assist with converting leads to order by executing excellent follow up activities once there are a price quotes in the systemHandling basic lead/order status issues to move each step to the next PhaseCommunication directly with sales, customer and operations where needed to convert leads to ordersOrder Entry:

Entering and processing customer price quotes, reservations, and or firm ordersProcessing customer payments and creditsCreate sample orders sent in directly from customers or by the sales team when they are unable to enter on the web.Capture all leads from events, tradeshows, etc. into the proper systemsData Entry

By keeping all systems (ERP, CRM, Customer Engagement System) up to date with status of customers, orders and activitiesBy keeping all systems (ERP, CRM, Customer Engagement System) up to date with customer account and contact informationBy entering or editing any information in any system such that all parties know the status of a customer for the sake of handling the next step in the lead to order conversionBy entering leads from events, tradeshows, etc. Into the proper systemsMust have:

Minimum 2 years' experience within customer service, sales, sales support, or a similar fieldYou must be based in Long Island, New YorkExperience supporting trade field sales preferredExperience with customer servicing tools preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsSales Experience a PlusInterior Design Experience a PlusMust be passionate, driven, and humble individualOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalTeam playerAnalytical skillsCustomer-centric mentalityProficient in MS OfficeWhy Phillip Jeffries?
