IT Program Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Chicago, IL and Atlanta, GA. This is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities:Responsible for establishing and managing projects to collectively deliver desired business outcomesLead a variety of different types of projects utilizing several different methodologies including large scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrade and deploymentsManage multiple projects and may have end to end responsibility for the work effort and may lead both technology and non-technology initiativesResponsible for project financials partner closely with Line of Business Change Management teams to provide updates on technology deliverablesResponsible for end-to-end technology delivery of the assigned project and is the primary point of escalation for technology issuesDrive overall technology execution and manages line of business stakeholder relationships and acts as their advocate throughout the life of the projectPlan, organize, monitor and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completionDevelop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategiesEffectively communicate with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support neededPartner with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the changeResponsible for financials and project documentsGuide projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followed, required documents are completed, and required tracking systems are kept updatedDevelop and manage to project planIdentify, assign, track, escalate, and resolve issuesSchedule and facilitate regular meetings to review progress and status, and ad hoc topical meetings; formulates agendas and documents minutes, action items, etc.Provide project status on deliverables or escalate issues to senior leaders and executives
Requirements:
7+ years of end-to-end project management experienceBachelor's DegreeStrong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlinesStrong Project Management skills with ability to lead a team and drive to resultsStrong Change Management skills/experienceAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPossess analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent time management and prioritization skillsStrong project financial management skillsMicrosoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficientAgile CertificationAgile Scrum master or RTEFamiliarity with SAFe 4.0 (or higher)

Pay Range:
$57.70 - $65.70
