What you'll do:Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies and best practicesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient, automated workflowsImplement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptDevelop robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or GoWork with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases to ensure optimal data management and retrievalIntegrate third-party services and APIs to enhance automation capabilitiesImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and updatesConduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality standardsTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalabilityStay updated with the latest trends in workflow automation and suggest innovative solutionsWhat you'll bring:
6+ years of professional experience in full-stack developmentStrong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Python; experience with Go is a plusExpertise in working with PostgreSQL and familiarity with NoSQL databasesExperience with workflow automation tools and concepts (e.g., Zapier, Airflow, or similar platforms)Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementationFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to optimize processesExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in Agile environments and facilitating cross-team collaborationWe prefer you have:
Knowledge of business process management (BPM) principlesExperience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) toolsFamiliarity with machine learning concepts and their application in process optimizationUnderstanding of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Required Clearance
