What this job involves:

This position supports the transition of new Work Dynamics Integrated Facility Management and/or Project Development Services accounts and account expansions with a focus on procurement deliverables and specifically vendor onboarding.

Role responsibilities:

Data Management:Effectively manage and organize large sets of data in Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Track required and received data from vendors, maintaining meticulous records.Utilize internal and external resources to research and obtain missing contact information for vendors.Vendor Support:

Assist in the creation of vendor information packets and attachments as required.Manage email correspondence between JLL and vendor partners, ensuring timely and professional communication.Escalate issues to Mobilization Team Leads and clients, when necessary.Documentation and Reporting:

Complete Bulk Upload templates using compiled data sets during transition.Maintain the Site Service Matrix, guaranteeing the presence of vendors for all required sites and categories.Collaborate with the Mobilization Team Lead to develop contingency plans, if needed.Conduct follow-up phone calls with vendors throughout the transition period.Desired experience and technical skills:

Proven experience managing large sets of data in Excel, proficiency in VLOOKUP, pivot table, and duplicate check functions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines concurrently.Comply with JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.Familiarity with JLL Sourcing & Procurement technologies, such as Jaggaer, Corrigo, E1, Delphi Address Book, JLL Marketplace, and Avetta.Strong PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.Champion of change management, actively identifying and driving process efficiencies.in efficiencies to current processes.Required Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly on the job, rather than relying solely on a comprehensive training curriculum.Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritization skills.Adherence to time-sensitive deadlines, promptly escalating issues to Mobilization Team Leads when necessary.Proactive in staying informed about the latest JLL technologies, tools, and systems.Proficiency in data cleansing and preparation.Experience in creating dashboards and reports from diverse data sets.Strong problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions to stakeholders.Collaborative approach when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

48,000.00 - 60,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
