Job Description

The Oracle Cloud Procurement Lead is a key member in ensuring the success of the Procurement workstream within Cloud ERP implementation projects. A Consultant is expected to engage in activities in support of both successful project delivery and business development. These activities include the following:

Role and ResponsibilitiesWork with client project team to understand their business requirements and design, develop and implement solutions within the Procurement stream. Help clients understand industry best practices so that they can attain their business goals with Oracle.Recognize risks and options within an implementation project and recommend approached to avoid issues.Provide clients with options utilizing prototypes.Conduct requirement mapping and gap analysis.Lead conference room pilots, UAT and user training. Resolve any issues identified during CRP and UAT.Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of application. Ensure that all proper documentation is created.Establishes proper communication with all involved business functions and respond appropriately to all client concerns.Where required, assist with pre-sales opportunities.Qualifications and Education Requirements

Minimum of 10 years experience with Oracle Procurement, with at least 5 years within Cloud and as a Lead.Hands-on and demonstrable experience as a Lead within the Oracle Procurement Cloud suite - Supplier Management, Sourcing, Purchasing and Direct Procurement. Experience with related Cloud SCM modules such as Inventory and Order Management a plus.Experience with end-to-end Oracle Cloud Procurement implementations - design, configuring, implementing and troubleshooting.Experience working within a consultancy/systems integrator a plus.Ability to be proactive and take initiative.Soft Skills

Skilled at anticipating customers' needs and the ability to build relationships that enable collaboration among all stakeholder.Drive for results; ability to turn a customer from good to great.Strong time and resource management skills along with organizational skills; ability to prioritize and quickly respond to customer requests.Excellent written and verbal communication skills - is articulate and can communicate succinctly to multiple levels; must be comfortable presenting to large and diverse audiences.

US Base Pay Disclosure

Accelalpha follows a fair and equitable payment practice, taking into account many factors such as the candidate's skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the expected base salary range is USD $165,000 to $175,000.In addition to the base salary, this position includes an annual performance bonus, and other benefits such as 401(k), healthcare benefits, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, and paid holidays. Please consider that some benefits are voluntary and may require economic participation both from the company and the employee.Pay increments and frequency of payment will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
