Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in improving the availability and performance of wireless devices and services? As a Wireless Device Analyst, you'll lead large-scale deployments of wireless devices such as smartphones, tablets, and other mobile technology, ensuring seamless operations and efficient scheduling.
In this role, you'll work closely with agency staff to develop optimal device and service configurations, manage wireless product orders and deliveries, and configure Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies. With experience in tools like Microsoft Intune, you'll also design secure BYOD solutions and offer technical guidance to DIT and agency personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead large-scale deployments of wireless devices across the county.Develop and implement MDM/MAM policies, with a focus on Microsoft Intune.Design secure BYOD solutions.Collaborate with vendors to create custom web-portals for billing, service, and support access.Provide technical support to internal teams and agencies.Preferred Tools:
