Our client in the Real Estate Industry is preparing for an exciting transition as they separate to form a new entity. We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team to establish and lead the IT operations.
As the IT Manager, you will be the sole IT professional responsible for managing and overseeing all IT-related functions. This role will involve ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT systems, managing software applications and partnering with vendors. You will play a pivotal role in the transition period and help shape the IT infrastructure for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and etc.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Handle Microsoft products, Yardi, Okta, and other essential software applications. Manage the transition to new software and optimize Microsoft licenses.
Lead projects including software implementations and license management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably within the real estate or financial services sectors.
Proficiency in Microsoft products, Yardi, and Okta.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Must be able to work onsite in Beverly Hills 5 days a week.
