L1 NOC Engineer (RAN Experience is mandatory)
Location: Littleton ,CO(Day 1st Onsite)
Employment :- Full time/Contract
Note:
4 days 10 hrs./day either Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat. Should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
Shift hours• 6am-4pm MST• 12pm-10pm MST• 8pm-6am MST
Job Description:
Alarm related TTs assigned to L1RAN team (Altiostar and Mavenir) to be resolved or assigned further to L2 within SLAAccept calls/Tickets from Customer CareManage Fault ticket till closureDiagnosis at primary levelCoordinate with concerned teams for resolutionEscalate non - repetitive, critical, service affecting faults to L2 fault management teamPreferred:
Knowledge or understanding of RAN networksUnderstanding of 5G ORAN Network Functions (CU, CU-CP, CU-UP, DU, gNB, RUs)
