Responsibilities:
Leading clinical meetings on substance abuse and integrating findings into service plans.Overseeing the team's integrated dual disorder treatment (IDDT).Identifying client needs based on substance use severity, stage of change, and immediate requirements, and recommending treatment goals.Conducting substance use assessments, promoting harm reduction, and applying outreach and stage-wise treatment.Assessing risk levels and determining necessary interventions for recovery.Deciding when clients require inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation, detox, or other substance use programs.Referring and advocating for clients needing external interventions.Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience with SMI/SUD populationsExperience in community-based services.CASAC or LMSW
