Summary:Provides primary administrative support to Vice President Provider Relations, Access & Transfer Center Services with projects as assigned. Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and otherwise relieves the VP and other department members of clerical, administrative, and business detail by performing the following duties.

This is a full-time position working 40-hours per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinates calendars and schedules appointments and conferences via Google Calendar.Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person.Answers and screens telephone calls, and arranges conference calls.Reads and routes incoming mail.Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations for multiple team membersCoordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and may be required to record and transcribe minutes of meetings.Prepares Expense Reports for team members.Receive and proof expense reports for Behavioral Health Clinician Licensure. Submit for approval and payment.Conducts research and compiles reports.Organizes and maintains electronic file system, and files correspondence and other records.Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materialsOrders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.Facilitates/Supports meeting presentation content.Maintain standards in support of professional office setting and executive environment.Invoices: Receive/Proof/Approve in Lawson. Distribute to facilities as needed.Work with Provider Relations to request access to software platforms. Maintain PR Rosters. Ad hoc PR projectsNew Hire Requests for Transfer Center via Servicenow Portal. Maintain Employee contact information spreadsheet (Source of Truth)Maintain adequate supply of New Hire Orientation Binders for Transfer Center. (includes creating, printing and tabulating both RN Coordinator and Placement binders)Bi-Weekly entry of PTO/SICK hours for team into KRONOSQualifications

Education: High School Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferredExperience: 5 years of job related experience requiredComputer Skills: Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.Physical Demands:
