Business Analyst – Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IMWM)

to join our growing team supporting a Department of Defense Special Access Program (SAP) project within the National Capital Region (NCR). What you will do:

The specific duties include but are not necessarily limited to the following:The SAP Business Analyst/Specialist is responsible for business process and system analysis, design/translating business requirements to technical requirements, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of components in an enterprise SAP environment.The SAP Business Analyst will work closely with architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities.The SAP Business Analyst is involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of SAP modules and those that interface with other applications.The SAP Business Analyst has a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported.The SAP Business Analyst will provide change management and training support.The SAP Business Analyst is required to participate in on-call support.

To be successful, you should have:

Required Skills and ExperienceMust be a U.S. Citizen.Must have a DoD Secret Clearance; eligible for TS/SCI7+ years SAP IMWM/ EWM experience:Army Logistics experienceTwo project lifecycle experienceExperience with IM (goods receipts, goods issues, physical inventory, internal goods movements, batch and serial number management), WM (warehouse structure, handling units, delivery management, internal goods movements, transfer orders, posting changes), and MM (batch, serial number and shelf-life management) modulesEWM experience (goods receipts, goods issues, physical inventory, internal goods movements, batch and serial number management, delivery management, queue processing)Experience with interfaces using IDocsIntegration knowledge of MM, ACQ, FIN, SD, PS, QM and PP modulesSome development (debugging) experienceDiscrete manufacturing SAP experienceAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneously under strict deadlines with minimal direction at times.Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational, verbal, and written skills.
