Position Summary

Crow Holdings seeks a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, with specific experience in Cisco technologies, including Cisco Call Manager, VoIP routers, wireless technologies, routing and switching, ISE, and DNAc. The candidate should also have some experience with Palo Alto firewalls. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining and enhancing the firms network infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliabilityConfigure and manage Cisco Call Manager, ensuring seamless communication services across the organizationImplement and manage VoIP routers to facilitate effective and efficient voice and data communicationConfigure and maintain Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) to support wireless networking needsManage and troubleshoot routing and switching issues to ensure network stability and performanceManage and troubleshooting Cisco ISE issues to ensure network security and stabilityProvide support and management for Palo Alto firewalls to enhance network securityMonitor network performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize network operationsCollaborate with IT team members and other departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive network supportMaintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and proceduresStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement improvementsDesired Skills & Experience

5+ years of relevant industry experienceBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)Required Certifications: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)Preferred Certifications: CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)Proven experience with Cisco Call Manager, Cisco ISE, and DNAcExperience with VoIP routers and Cisco WLCStrong knowledge of routing and switchingSome experience with Palo Alto firewallsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong understanding of network security principlesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient communication skills, both written and verbalDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsThis position operates in a professional office environmentOccasional evening and weekend work may be requiredMust be able to lift and transport moderately heavy objects, such as switches and UPS devices
