About the Role

As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you'll analyze and manage healthcare provider data for accuracy and reliability.

ResponsibilitiesConducting general data analysis researchHandling, interpreting, and analyzing licensing and credentialing data from state boardsManaging identifiers and demographic data related to healthcare providers and organizationsUtilizing various data workflow management and analysis toolsInvestigating, tracking, and reporting general data issuesResolving basic technical issues as necessaryLearning new processes, tools, and technologiesCommunicating effectively with oral and written skillsRequirements

Exhibit a solid foundation in Engineering/Computer Science or related experience is advantageous, but not mandatory.Demonstrate a high proficiency in data management, underpinned by refined analytical skills developed through extensive experience.Be knowledgeable in data analysis tools and processesHave good research and proofreading skillsBe able to work with multiple data formats, including Excel spreadsheets, delimited files, and fixed-width layoutsExhibit keen attention to detail and problem-solving skillsHave knowledge of development languages such as SQL, UNIX, LinuxAble to learn new processes, tools, and technologies
