Plus is looking for an experienced IT End User Support Specialist, Senior IT Help Desk Analyst, or Tier 2 Support Engineer to join our team as an IT Support Engineer supporting our enterprise users. This will be an onsite role based in our Santa Clara, California office. As an IT Support Engineer at Plus, you will be providing IT services and support to a diverse team that is working to build the next generation of autonomous driving solutions. You will be providing solutions across the entire scope of IT services including end user, workstation, server, cloud, and application support.

Responsibilities

Provide enterprise service and support using IT Service Management best practicesProvide advanced IT support for end users including Linux, MacOS, and Windows systemsMaintain up to date inventory of hardware and software assets deployedFacilities support including alarm systems, access control, and AV equipmentDevelop and expand internal and user documentation for IT owned systems and applicationsRequired Skills:

A minimum of 3+ years of Tier 2 Workstation and End User supportStrong practical experience supporting Linux/Unix users and/or DevelopersExperience working in Linux environments with NVIDIA GPUs a plusStrong communication skills and willingness to pitch in as necessary to enable others to do their best workSalary Range:

$40 - $45 an hour

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.

This is an contracting opportunity paid on an hourly basis on 1099 and comes with the benefit of - catered free lunch, unlimited snacks and beverages only.
