If you are highly motivated and goal oriented, can handle interruptions while fluidly switching between several projects, and has a work smart not harder approach, this job will be ideal.Responsibilities :Work within the group maintaining and developing Infrastructure:Develop and extend tools to maintain and monitor deployments.Assess, document, present, and execute project assignments.Evaluate and recommend commercial and open-source software.Automate complex processes.Escalation point of contact to answer system related questions.Train and Mentor team members, system administrators and operators.Provide production support.Requirements

:5+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux, strong understanding of Linux OS.5+ years of experience working with VERITAS NetBackup.5+ years of experience working with VERITAS NetBackup Appliances3+ years of experience working with VERITAS IT Analytics3+ years of hands-on Programming experience in Python.3+ years of understanding and working knowledge of fundamental Internet Protocols (e.g., DNS, HTTP, SSH, SMTP, FTP).Desirable

:VERITAS InfoScale Clustering Knowledge.Configuration management experience (e.g., puppet, Git, Subversion.)CI/CDA degree in Computer Science or a related field.
