Responsibilities

Work with experienced Engineers across many functional areas to deliver business value to internal and external stakeholdersDesign and develop new modules on the home-grown security monitoring platform which is used for device configuration, management, and monitoringArchitect new and innovative solutions to bring in-house capabilities beyond what is available from third-party applicationsDevelop scalable solutions using different technologies like .Net Framework, C# , Redis , Django, Celery, Python and other open stack frameworksContinually learn and apply relevant software development practices, patterns, tools, and technologiesInterface with multiple stakeholders and internal customers, as well as manage critical vendor relationshipsIncrease efficiency, while reducing waste wherever and whenever possibleCollaborate with colleagues in design and code reviews while using your excellent troubleshooting skillsRequirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or 3+ years of experience working in the software development industryExperience with designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack web applications from scratchProficient in at least one programming or scripting language including Python, JavaScript, C#, or PowerShellExperience with full-stack technologies such as Django, .NET, Redis, Celery, PostgresSQL, and SplunkFamiliarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Jenkins for deployment and maintenanceFamiliarity with Genetec video management system (including SDK and API) and associated security cameras/access control hardware (Axis, Hanwha, Gallagher, etc.) is a plusKnowledge of application and information security best practices, as well as technical security toolingExperience with writing Unit Tests is a plusCompensation and BenefitsBenefits

$104,000 - $348,000/annual salary, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
