Daikin Applied is seeking a talented and eager

Digital Product Manager (CONTRACTOR)

who will oversee the creation, design, implementation, and continuous use and improvement of the Daikin Customer Portal. As the Digital Product Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of the Voice of Customer discovery phase, consolidating all data and feedback on what makes a customer portal successful. This is a crucial role in improving customer loyalty, experience, and growth. You will work with internal staff and external vendors to create an industry-leading experience for customer engagement. This position has tremendous opportunity for expanding responsibilities and being at the forefront of developing Daikin’s digital relationships with both external customers and Daikin partners.

This role requires a strong understanding of Voice of Customer concepts and program management and translating that into both corporate communications as well as technical instructions in order to work with IT, Engineering, Finance, and other Daikin departments, to design and build a fully functional Customer Portal. This includes researching customer problems, validating product ideas, prioritizing features, writing user stories, testing prototypes, launching products, and measuring outcomes. You will be the voice of the customer and the champion of the Customer Portal within the organization. What you will do:Oversee, manage, and develop the Voice of Customer discovery phase of the Customer Portal projectServe as on-going manager of the Customer Portal beyond implementationUncover customer pain points and identify market opportunities through direct and indirect interaction with customers, prospects, go-to-market leaders, and analysts.Collaborate with vertical business leaders and go-to-market teams to create, launch, and scale packaged solutions for our market-leading customers, enhancing their end-user experiencesCollaborate closely with other business functions to comprehend needs and translate them into appropriate application functionalityManage all aspects of product capability throughout the product lifecycle, from definition to implementation, while evaluating and reporting on current product line performance and usageUse analytics and data to measure product performance, ROI and drive product prioritization and design decisionsIdentify and explore opportunities to adopt and integrate AI to drive better user outcomes, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of innovationWhat’s in it for you:

5 years creating, managing, and optimizing digital product landing pages5 years monitoring and analyzing digital product landing page performance and making recommendations to improve digital performance that influence the digital product landing page roadmap5 years interacting with key stakeholders, understanding their opportunities and requirements, and creating associated recommendations to address their opportunities and requirements that influence the digital product landing page roadmap3-5 years of experience in proven design and delivery record for cloud solutions; data products experienceExperience in conducting market research, customer feedback, user testing, and data analysis to drive product improvements and innovationsWork visa sponsorship is not available for this positionRequired Qualifications:
