Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Java 17 and related technologies
Design and implement scalable backend frameworks, primarily using Spring Boot
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to enhance application capabilities
Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability and functionality
Employ a test-driven development (TDD) approach using appropriate testing tools to validate software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge through code reviews, design discussions, and guidance
Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Requirements
5+ years of Java Developer experience
2+ years as a Lead Java Engineer
Proficiency in Git for version control
Extensive experience with Linux environments
Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery
Expertise in using RDBMS Tools and NoSQL databases to manage data efficiently
Experience in developing backend frameworks using Spring Boot
Proven ability to implement REST APIs
Solid experience in writing and implementing unit tests
Familiarity with a test-driven development (TDD) approach and associated testing tools
Excellent communication skills, analytic capabilities, self-motivation, and attention to detail
