Our client, a well-known telecommunications company, is looking for a remote Content Strategist for an ongoing, long-term 40-hours per week contract. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, sales, and analytics to create content strategies across the company website and digital platforms. This position operates on Central Standard Time.
Responsibilities:Help to create content strategies and merchandising plans that help accomplish various business objectivesReview data and insights from past campaigns to help understand any changes that should be made for future campaignsCreate user journey ,diagrams that portray an understanding of customer experiences and behaviorsWork directly with creative and developers to ensure that content strategies are executedStay up to date on content trends, best practices, and consumer behaviorQualifications:
5-8 years of experience in content strategy with a firm understanding of responsive design principlesA comfortableness in working with internal teams to develop content strategies and ensure they are executedAn ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly in difficult situationsExcellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects at onceImpeccable written and oral communication skills coupled with presentation skillsPrior experience with journey mapping and Mural preferred.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
