We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Data Analyst to join our Operations team at Resource Label Group. This individual will collaborate closely with various departments to analyze and develop data & key performance indicators to facilitate strong operational results. This position will report to the Director, Strategic Operations and SIOP, and plays a critical role in identifying areas for enhanced efficiencies in the business. This is an onsite position out of our Franklin, TN corporate office.
Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze operational data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insightsDevelop, manage, and enhance dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau and/or Power BICollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver insights that drive decision-makingConduct ad-hoc analyses to solve specific operational problems and explore opportunities for process improvementsPresent data findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders through visualizations and reportsIdentify areas for process optimization and propose data-driven solutionsQualifications
Background in data analysis, business intelligence, statistics, mathematics, operations management, supply chain or a related field2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or operations management rolesProficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel (pivot tables, power pivots, etc.), and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBIStrong analytical skills with experience in data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysisAbility to develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reportsExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectivelyPreferred Qualifications (not required)
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databasesProficiency utilizing DAX, Python, R or SQL for advanced data analysis, automation, and statistical modelingExperience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or related fields
