This individual will be responsible for developing core components of our global public and hybrid solutions. You will work together with our Cloud Architects, Information Security, Technical Product Managers and Senior Stakeholders to ensure we are delivering the right solutions for our customers.Job Description:This job is responsible for defining and leading the engineering approach for complex features to deliver significant business outcomes. Key responsibilities of the job include delivering complex features and technology, enabling development efficiencies, providing technical thought leadership based on conducting multiple software implementations, and applying both depth and breadth in a number of technical competencies. Additionally, this job is accountable for end-to-end solution design and delivery.Position Summary:Work across technology to create the solution to align with Banks cloud strategyPerform product design activities as requiredDesign and implement new software solutions as part of our cloud enablement strategy, as well as maintain and enhance existing softwareEnsure that code adheres to strict standards for accessibility, security, object-oriented practices, and performanceWrite and conduct unit and integration testsEffectively function and communicate within a software development team consisting of developers, quality assurance, and project management membersActively participate in requirements, architecture reviews, and design meetingsResponsibilities:Ensures that the design and engineering approach for complex features are consistent with the larger portfolio solutionDefine the technology tool stack for the solution and evaluate and adapt new testing tool/framework/practices for team(s)Enables team(s)/applications with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) capabilities and engages with other technical stakeholders pertaining to efficient functioning of CI-CD pipelineGuides and influences team(s) on design and best practices for high code performance e.g. pairing, code reviewsProvides end-to-end delivery of complex features, including automation, for either a single team or multiple teams, at the program levelConducts research, design prototyping and other exploration activities such as evaluating new toolsets and components for release management, CI/CD, and featuresWorks with stakeholders to establish high-level solution needs and with architects for technical requirementsRequired Skills:10+ years minimum IT experience5+ years minimum Cloud experienceExperience with writing infrastructure as code using TerraformExperience building and working with public cloud infrastructureTerraform Enterprise, Private Module Registry, Terraform Sentinel etc.Deep knowledge of web protocols, multiple operating systems, hypervisors and distributed systems architectureAWS, Azure, or GCP platforms and servicesDeep knowledge of Azure Cloud Adoption Framework(CAF) or similar frameworksCloud Security (e.g. Azure Policy, Azure Defender for Cloud, Azure Sentinel)Experience with cloud securityHands-on experience with CI/CD toolchains such as Maven/JenkinsExperience with general programming languages Java/python etcAgile development practices and test-driven developmentExperience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, CloudFormation, SaltDesired Skills:Experience with identity management frameworks and toolsExperience in Linux/UNIX system administrationExperience with Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)GoCloud provider certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Architect)Experience with architecting software solutionsSkills:AutomationInfluenceResult OrientationStakeholder ManagementTechnical Strategy DevelopmentApplication DevelopmentArchitectureBusiness AcumenRisk ManagementSolution DesignAgile PracticesAnalytical ThinkingCollaborationData ManagementSolution Delivery ProcessShift:1st shift (United States of America)
