Job Description

Brightspeed is looking for a meticulous Systems Validation Analyst to join our team! This role is crucial for ensuring our systems function as designed, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects, and identifying and resolving issues. You will collaborate with developers and business users to ensure system accuracy and efficiency.

As A Systems Validation Analyst, Your Responsibilities will include:Continuously test and validate S4/HANA and Zuora systems to ensure they are functioning as designed. Perform routine checks and validation procedures to confirm system accuracy and performance.Plan, execute, and manage UAT for new projects and system enhancements. Coordinate with business users to gather feedback and ensure systems meet business requirements.Identify system issues and work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Ensure that any issues are documented, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.Work with business users to understand their needs and questions related to S4/HANA and Zuora. Provide solutions and support to address their concerns and improve system functionality.Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, issues encountered, and resolutions. Prepare regular reports on system performance and testing outcomes.Assist in the identification and implementation of system improvements. Provide input on system enhancements based on testing results and user feedback.Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices. Create and update user guides and training materials as needed.Participate in project meetings and provide insights on system readiness, potential issues, and testing outcomes. Support project teams in meeting milestones and deliverables.Qualifications

What It Takes To Catch Our Eye:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field (or equivalent work experience)3 to 5 years of experience as a systems analystProficiency in S4/HANA and Zuora, particularly in managing prepaid billing processesStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reportingExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to propose effective solutionsStrong communication skills for collaborative work across teams in the organizationFamiliarity with industry-specific prepaid billing regulations and revenue recognition principlesAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBonus Points For:

Knowledge of S4/HANA and Zuora configurations and customizationsExperience with additional ERP and billings systemsFamiliarity with software development methodologies and project management practices#LI-AK1
