Job Description:As our FW Operations Analyst, you will be a key player in helping *** meet transformational initiative goals. You'll analyze and summarize portfolios of data as well as identify opportunities to improve current processes and make recommendations to business partners for future direction against key strategies. You will establish methodologies and criteria for analysis and suggested actions. You will further collaborate with business partners to create roadmaps, manage tactical plans and track KPI's. Additionally you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change, and ensure follow through on the execution of plans. You'll also ensure consistency, documentation, and standardization across our landscape when appropriate.
Some or all of the following will be relevant for your day to day:Data analysis and preparing recommendations; includes creation of new reports/data visualization by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing informationCommunicating results and recommendations; building compelling tools and communication to support recommendations and communicate to cross functional teamsFacilitating roadmap creation and initiative approach and sequencingInitiating a project plan and facilitating the tactical execution of the planCreate, execute and monitor KPI's
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business related discipline2 additional years' experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeConsumer good Product creation experience preferredTeam player / Collaborative across diverse stake holdersStrong information seeking and problem-solving skillsAbility to identify opportunities to improve productivityBusiness acumen to learn new business processes and understand operationsAbility to adjust priorities in an ambiguous environment and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAnalytical, creative, and innovative approaches to solving problems independently in ambiguous situations with limited directionDocumentation skills
