Daily Impact looks like:Primarily engaging caregivers & other key participants in active, change-orientated treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to progressCultivating growth in the whole family unit to empower families to solve their own problemsCollaborating with families and allowing them to take the lead in setting treatment goalsKeeping youth in their homes, minimizing safety risks and further legal charges.Model you would be trained in:

The MST treatment model is an ecological therapeutic intervention for youth aged 12-17 who exhibit high risk behaviors, including substance use, runaway, and truancy.MST therapists work with families, youth and other key members of their ecology to empower families to address challenging behavior and make long term change.Maintain small caseload of 4-6 familiesTo learn more about MST, check out the website: https://www.mstservices.com

Comprehensive training and support to deliver the evidence-based MST model with high fidelityClinical supervision hours and other professional developmentWeekly case consultations with supervisor, team, and expert consultantQuarterly MST training to maintain and grow competencyTo belong at Savio you need to:

Starting with candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $57,000

Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $60,000

Starting MA Bilingual: $65,000

** Supervision towards professional licenses provided in this role

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, criminal justice, or related field with related experienceIdeal qualifications:Master's in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related fieldDORA registration to provide therapy such as LPCC, MFTC, SWC
