TheclientisseekingaSupportAssociatefortheirWealthManagementbusinesswhowillcollaboratewithdevelopmentteamstoenhanceproductionstability,manageincidents,andensurecompliancewithauditrequirements.Theroleinvolvestroubleshootingissues,coordinatingwithvariousteams,andprovidingon-callsupportforcriticalproductionissues.Theidealcandidateshouldhave5-6+yearsofapplicationdevelopment/supportexperience,strongcommunicationandleadershipskills,andexpertiseincloudtechnologies,preferablywithinthefinancialsector.Familiaritywithmulti-channelapplicationsandexperienceinAgileenvironmentsarealsoessential.

PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadproductionstabilityeffortbypreventingproductionissueandimproveproductionstability.• Track/ManageIncidents/Change/Problemsforassignedapplications.• Provideregularandhigh-qualityupdatestoallthestakeholdersontheprogressoftheincidents,includingSLArisks/breaches.• Identifymeasurestoimproveapplicationsstabilityandavailabilitytoimprovesupportservicedelivery.• DeveloptobecomeaSubjectMatterExpertforassignedapplicationdomain.• Troubleshootproductionissuesthroughmonitoringandloganalysis.• AttendregularmeetingwithProject/Developmentteamstodiscussproductionissuesforprioritization,fixesandrelease.• EngageHelpdirectsystemsprojects,includingprojectplanning,managementstatusreporting,systemsspecificationsandimplementation• Helpensurecompliancewithallauditrequirementsincludingchangecontrolproceduresanddatasecurity• ManageandcoordinatewithonsiteandoffshoreManagedServicesproviderandoffshoreNTpartnerstoSupportapplicationsanddrivecontinuousimprovementefforts.• Coordinatewithvariousteams,includingoffshorestaff,andraisesupportticketforallissues,analyzerootcauseandassistinefficientresolutionofproductionissues.• Responsibletoattendon-call,afterofficehoursincludingweekendtosupportHighandCriticalproductionissues.• Abilitytoworkwithvendorsandsupportstaffonsupportticketsandfollowupregularlytillresolutionisfound.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:• 5-6plusyearsofapplicationdevelopment/Supportexperienceusingmoderntechnicalframeworksandarchitecture,includingexperiencecollaboratingwithexternaltechnologyteams.• Supportexperiencewithmulti-channelapplications(web,mobile,API,etc.).• GoodtohavepastexperienceunderDevOppsorSRErole.• UnderstandingoftheSecureSoftwareDevelopmentLifecycle(SSDLC)and/orothermethodologies• ExperienceworkingonprojectsinanAgile/XPenvironment.• Experienceusingatleastsomeofthefollowingtechnologies:Java,J2EE,PivotalCloudFoundry,CloudComputing(IaaS,PaaSandSaaS),RESTfulinterfaces,GIT,Gradle,Maven,NPM,Spring(SpringBatchandSpringBoot),Bootstrap,CSS3,HTML4,React.js,Node.js/JavaScript,OraclePL/SQL• Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,alongwithasolidtechnicalbackgroundareessentialasistheabilitytomultitaskinafastpacedenvironment.Theidealcandidatecanexplaintechnicalissuesinlayman'stermsandtranslatebusinessneedstotechnologyteamsandback.• Strongleadershipandteamplayertoworkaspartofaglobalsupportteam,crosstrainingandsupportingmultiplecriticalclientfacingapplications.• Experienceworkingeffectivelywithdiversegroupsaroundtheworld,includingITmanagement,technologystaff,businesspartners,consultants,vendorsandclients
