The RVO Health Coaching Team works on a series of beneficial coach-led health programs like weight loss, diabetes, hypertension, smoking cessation, and behavioral health programs like Sleep Well and Stress Less. The team develops and supports mobile apps (iOS and Android), web programs, and backend infrastructure to make these programs a reality. You will report into one of our Mobile Engineering Managers.Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You'll DoDesign and build Health Coaching applications for the iOS platformCollaborate with cross functional teams, Product Managers, and Experience Designers to define, design, and ship new featuresWork with various data sources and APIsUnit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliabilityWork on bug fixing and improving application performanceContinuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForProficiency in SwiftUI and UIKit for building modern and traditional UIs.5+ years of experience developing iOS applicationsExperience with third-party libraries and APIsDeveloped (worked on, led, architected) multiple iOS applications over the yearsBS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical role or equivalent experienceNice to haves:
Expertise in RxSwift for reactive programming and handling asynchronous tasks.In-depth knowledge of Combine framework for managing and responding to asynchronous data and events.Experience with Core Data for data persistence and management within iOS applications.Strong skills in writing and maintaining unit tests using XCTest framework.Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.
