Job Description
Manage multiple projects by defining scope, goals, resources, tasks and deliverables, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress.Present regular progress reports, address issues, and implement changes to meet project goals, while conducting evaluations and assessments.Assemble and lead project teams, manage budgets and resource allocation, and track deliverables using appropriate tools.Oversee and review work of outside consultants, including task analysis and invoice approvals.Stay updated on current technology and systems through self-study and professional organizations, with varying supervisory responsibilities depending on project needs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
MUST HAVE RECENT LAW FIRM EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in project management, including process development and execution.Proven track record managing IT projects such as software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and system integrations.Knowledgeable in project management tools and techniques, with preferred experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Technically proficient in software programs like Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and technology trends.
