Job DescriptionBusiness Execution Analyst focuses on the identification, evaluation, and design/development of new processes, tools, and analytics that will support internal strategic initiatives and enhance capabilities and competencies. This position will provide strategic management and leadership to enterprise-wide projects while partnering with business partners to enable and drive continuous improvement. This Individual will design and implement business solutions, leverages, and synthesizes data across the enterprise, and incorporates applicable best practices with proven outcomes while supporting an agile business model.
Required Skills
5 years of Learn and Development experience.Must know L & D functions.2 years of Project Manager/BA experienceStrong Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint VisioKnowledge of AgileMust be able to communicate with C level executives.Soft/Bonus Skills
