What's the Role?

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented

Senior Network Engineer

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, build, and maintenance of our core networking infrastructure. You must possess a solid understanding of foundational network protocols and technologies, with hands-on experience in large enterprise networks.

Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain core networking infrastructure.Implement and manage routing, switching, load balancing, and firewalls.Lead design sessions and provide technical guidance to the team.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.Bring your best! What this role needs

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a combination of education and equivalent experience.Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in network engineering.Extensive experience with large enterprise networks.Proficiency in routing, switching, load balancing, and firewalls.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to lead design sessions.Excellent written communication and documentation skills.Exposure to the following a plus:

Compensation Range:

Pay Range - Start:

$90,930.00

Pay Range - End:

$168,870.00

Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement in the salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment.
