Job Title: Tier II IT Technician

Location: Conshohocken, PA (with occasional travel to Springfield, PA)
About Us: Conicelli Management Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Tier II IT Technician to join our IT Department. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems across our dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and escalate support tickets, documenting technical issues for efficient resolution.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for PC users, helping to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance.
• Work with a wide range of systems and technologies, including Cisco, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, SonicWall, Dell, and Microsoft.
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of IT/computer issues, including ethernet data networks, WiFi networks, VoIP telephony equipment, computers, printers, basic A/V systems, and cable TV.
• Conduct basic website formatting and updates.
• Serve as an administrator within the M365 environment, managing Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office, and Exchange.
Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who have a strong passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Basic Requirements:
• In-depth understanding of PC hardware/software and networking principles.
• Previous helpdesk or technical support experience, preferably in a Tier I or Tier II role.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with a diverse user base, including faculty, staff, and students.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
Preferred Skills (not required):
• CCNA or other networking certifications.
• Azure Certified Systems Administrator.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
Work Schedule:
• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturdays (Rotating, Remote): 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill set.
